Great Location CEO and President are great at transparency, and now frequently hold company updates in terms of business stregth, goals, Trying to move in the right direction and modernize the company
Cons
Poor communication between department Nothing is done quickly Poor organization No product managers, salesmen are lone wolfs that are almost completely separate from each other and from the company Managers and employees are very resistance to change SO MUCH TURNOVER Benefits are not great, no separate paid sick time, it is included in your 2 weeks of PTO.
