A number of workers in the office are waiting for a retrenchment package, the atmosphere is negative and lack of energy. 3. No company budget for learning and external courses. There are some internal training sessions by low quality training companies, many simple spelling mistakes in the powerpoint slides. 4. Increment is 1% per annum flat for all levels. Whether you are Junior staff or Director level, a great turn off if there is no promotion or variable bonus. 5. Coke is a shrinking company, competition is very tough and they had a few rounds of retrenchment, sometimes in the guise of restructuring. 6. This company is a Singapore and Malaysia joint company. The company is up to 75% malaysian and your promotion chance will be greatly reduced.

Not strong in technical aspects as it is more of a marketing company. There is no drive to push forward in technology for production. Also, Too welfare which discourages true meritocracy.
