Pros

Nice salary for position hired for, but not worth the BS involved I volunteerly quit and wouldn't go back to it even for 100/hr with all the stuff others say behind your back at times and lack of communication with management and supervisors on each shift.

Cons

Hours, management, work schedule, place doesn't give anyone a chance at anything, management is a joke thinking everyone is OK with 60+ hr work weeks then once they get slow after July 4 they lay you off. Must join union or don't count on a job unless your salaried, communication between everyone doesn't exist

Pros

Lots of independence. We choose our own break times and can divvy up our daily 30 min whenever we want. And we can play our own music from our trucks. The work as a picker (what I am) is done at our own paces and is a bit repetitive but not too bad since each order is a little different.

Cons

Long hours (mid 60s to 72) and as a result generally low morale. Some discrepancies between what they ask me to pick and what is actually in stock. Not enough forklifts for everyone, so the younger non-union workers have to spend the busier hours each day sweeping floors or helping older workers with orders.

Pros

Small location, easy access to get in and out of plant. Doesn't use ATS tracking to screen applicants.

Cons

Workers only get their lunch break, no 10–15-minute breaks. Training leaves a lot to be desired. Confusing processes so mistakes are easily made.
