Good for fresher and upto 2-3 year experience
Pros
1. Birthday celebration at end of every month. 2. If have less package then you will get good increment every year but no proper system for increment. 3. Work from home but working hours are more. 4. Salary on time. 5. In year 1-2 party at the same place. 6. Compensatory Off, If you worked on Saturday and Sunday or Holiday.
Cons
1. No employee engagement and Empowerment program. 2. Zero programs for employee skills development and training. 3. The manager is worst he presents your work as his own work in front of the Company Owner. 4. If you are not in the good books of manager and team leader then you will not get better increment and leaves. 5. Sandwich rule for the holiday if you put leave on Friday and Monday then it's 4 days leave. 6. Team leads always ready to work late at night and put you on the same path. 7. Less number of holidays in the year only 11 holidays per year. 8. It not an IT company it's an IT shop for every senior we have to call sir and Madam. 9. Three months of the notice period and they looking for immediate joiners LOL. 10. If you have to buy out then we have to return your last increment till date. 11. No Maternity & Paternity leave in HR Portal, you have to request a manager for that. 12. No Health Care & Insurance 13. For experience people join if you don't have an option in your hand.
