I feel very supported by my Team, HR and the business in general. My ideas are listened to and I am supported to implement improvements where appropriate.

Great people and company at times rigid and difficult to progress

Pros

Great people, they put effort in some good team social events and work with great licenses. Lots of talented designers and experienced corporate colleagues under one roof bring good ideas and results

Cons

It may be different now but not a lot of diversity in leadership. Great progression if your entry levels but some departments hard to progress at more established and senior level. Bonuses and incentives became more rare as investment pressures increased. Some time pressures but that comes with the industry
