You can make really good money, and the hours are good.
Cons
Poor leadership and incompetence from ownership. Zero recognition, and constant harassment. No HR department, so racism and misogyny go unchecked. Surveillance cameras in the sales office to make sure you aren't wasting company time. Unscrupulous payroll and expense reimbursement practices. Retaliation for employees who point these things out. Reluctance to honor vacation policy.
