      - As OG you can see great steps done to hear your voice and the ability to make changes in future strategy; - Ability to contact c-lvl within a hand;

      Cons

      - Company is in transformaton stage and it's hard to maintain start-up vibe and culture code but great steps were already implemented and more to come.

      The culture actually matches what is advertised! PandaDoc is a people first company and I am proud to work here.

      Cons

      Compensation tends to be a bit lower for some roles which equates to team members newer in their careers. This is a blessing and a challenge.
