Pros
Great company! The value improving you both professionally and personally with leadership classes and worship groups. The work life balance is great, the benefits are better than most. Panel built truly values their people and culture.
Cons
The training can be a challenge as we take on so many diverse projects.

Pros
Once you’ve learned how to do your job, it’s easy and repetitive. The owner seems to really care about his employees, I’ve personally witnessed him come in on his off time to help an employee personally going through hardships.
Cons
Lack of communication from management to employees. They brag about how much money they make (7 million over projections) and when you ask for a cost of living wage increase, they tell you “at least we don’t live in Atlanta, it’s expensive there.” They constantly have money to buy more equipment to increase your work load but not your salary. Between the CEO and the common employee, most management is poor, lacking of transparency and only looks out for themselves.
