Pros
the employees within the company are talented, creative, funny, and easy to work with.
Cons
unfortunately, management is basically the opposite. of the above. employees are extremely underpaid and taken advantage of for their hard work (especially POC). position titles are changed but salaries aren't raised, making it very hard to grow within the company. there is no real hierarchy which leads to a lot of confusion and lack of decision making. employees are time and time again taken advantage of by management with no real concern for our safety, mental health, or general well-being
