      Pros

      Very Easygoing friendly people steady work and they have some decent equipment

      Cons

      Lies lies lies I was told alot of things to get me to quit my job and go to work for Paradigm but once I was there the new production manager did not do a single thing that was promised so untill the management changes I would not recommend employment there and when I gave my notice like you are supposed to when I found a better job they fired me

      *It's a job. *Tons of (mandatory) overtime.

      Cons

      *Managers overwhelmed *HR is hostile to everyone *Holidays canceled with less than 3 weeks warning *Understaffed, no training, new hires leave in a week *Pays less than fast food *Half the staff are out with COVID but nothing being done to make it safer *Everything is an emergency all the time *Messy, unsafe work areas
