      Solid Company with Purpose and Growth Potential

      Pros

      Paragon is a company where you can actually see your work making a difference. The projects are interesting, the mission is clear, and you get the chance to build real skills. The environment is fast-moving, but leadership communicates expectations and gives room to take initiative.

      Cons

      There are some growing pains, but feedback is taken seriously and things continue to improve.

      Pros

      Professional development opportunities, accessible leadership (open door policy), and minority owned small business. I also like that they host an annual holiday party and fly in out of state employees for team building.

      Pros

      Very diverse. Small business, service-disabled veteran-owned, woman-owned, economically disadvantaged woman-owned. CEO is knowledgeable in the cybersecurity field.

      Cons

      More focused on social media and events than building a functioning company. Leadership is vindictive if they develop a dislike for you. Maintains a rotating door of DoD SkillBridge interns that they have no intention of training in relevant corporate skills or keeping on with the company.
