      The gyms are the clients, not the customers.

      Pros

      Nice people, free snacks and drinks, occasional movie outings and free lunches.

      Cons

      Enforcing gym contracts with very little wiggle room, having to clean up after gym sales reps that will say anything to make people sign. "Bonuses" based on call volume. Being micromanaged.
