Pros

Events, freebies, location , nice office, great brands, some great people.

Cons

The microaggression, micromanagement, inappropriate behavior I endured from people at this company was shocking. I was made to feel stupid and a person incapable of doing day to day tasks, to be honest I was so bored. The salary is very low for what they expect you to do. This was definitely a role that stalled my career. People move around in the company based on who they know not if they can do the role, which puts really incompetent people in high roles. The inappropriate jokes, comments and behavior was awful and it's evident these people have gotten away with this time and time again. I didn't enjoy my professional experience here at all and was looking to leave a few months after I started. It's such a shame because the company os capable of so much.

Pros

Some really fantastic and talented people work there Great benefits Good central location Lots of opportunities for socialising/team bonding Beautiful office

Cons

Terrible management who feel that bullying people into submission is an appropriate management style. I was made to feel undervalued and very rarely received recognition for my achievements/hard work. If things went wrong we'd get yelled at. I didn't feel supported in my work and never got any real hands on training. I complained about the manager in question, but HR took far too long to come back to me with a solution and all I got was a 'he's sorry and will has taken addiitonal training.' It wasn't just my manager either. Multiple times I tried to speak to his boss and that was almost worst - my complaints were just ignored and I was told that they were just obligated to ask for my feedback, so clearly it was not valued and in fact, I left because I felt the environment had become quite hostile because of my feedback. Nothing else ever came of it and I left as I don't think feeling threatened at work is ok. Pay was mediocre. Work/life balance wasn't good, but that was to be expected.

Pros

Good name to have on your CV.

Cons

It felt like being back in High School. Constant clock watching and complete lack of understanding if your train is delayed. Expected to work very long hours and micro managed to the extent that you lose confidence in yourself. The most unfriendly office I have ever worked in. Do not leave a steady job to come here.
