Pros

Trying to think of one but there was genuinely not a moment I enjoyed working here.

Cons

The fault of this organization solely lies on the CEO. She is abusive, mean-spirited and unkind. The people who closely work with her absorb this energy and send it back to others. Her foul behavior cultivates a very toxic work environment. I was miserable working here. Everyone I knew left due to her behavior.

Pros

I want to start by saying that this is not my first office job. This is, however, the first job I have been in where I feel my growth is actively supported, the work is seen as a learning experience, and everyone genuinely cares about the population that we serve. I am paid a livable wage, my supervisor is flexible if I need a schedule change within reason, I actually look forward to coming to work, which, needless to say, is a first.

Cons

none, actually. I am incredibly grateful to work here
