      Pros

      Free snacks, coffee, tight knit office, really lax and they just let you do your job. They are an excellent company to work for. This company has an end of the summer trip to Cedar Point, they will be taking us to the tigers game at the end of summer, they are always open to your ideas, they educate you and I can honestly say this is the best company I've ever worked for to this day

      Well the pay could be a little better, otherwise this company doesn't have flaws that I can see.
