where do i start. i worked for this company as a "mechanical designer". within the 11 months of me working there i realized that i will never grow in this company. more than half the ppl there are over the age of 50 and cant wait to retire. which leads to a lack of enthusiasm in the culture. the older folks that have been working with management (some more than a decade) have the say in what is right and wrong and there is no regard for lean implementation, even when addressed... the problem with that leads to another issue... THE FACT ITS NOT LEAN. there is very little use of efficiency causing the lead times to be dragged way longer than they need to. nx is one of the main softwares there and if you have a faster way of doing something (like a hot command or a quicker process) and want to show the whole team how to do so, you will be looked at, from the majority, as a mr./mrs. know-it-all hope this shows that not everyone is treated equally and that this company could be so much better if there was more open ears and less closed minds

Dictatorship that will work you to death. Lie to you. Hang you out to dry. Tell you one thing in the interview to get you to quit your current job and then when you get there they move you around without asking what you want. Pretty much everyone hates working there but most are afraid to say anything. Many of the people that work there end up becoming alcoholics or turn to drugs to self medicate to ease the pain and then they can’t leave because they can’t pass a drug test. Many others have such a low self esteem from constantly being set up to fail that they do not have the confidence to move on.
