Path Medical is a growing company and a wonderful place to work and truly cares about each individual and welcomes creativity. The benefits are good and the culture is great. I look forward to continuing my career at Path Medical and achieving my career goals as the company continues to grow.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say, all companies should continue to look at improving and Path Medical continues to do that.

I have a great team at my clinic. They are family to me. We work hard but make a difference in our patients lives everyday.

If I had to say anything, I guess we could always have more PTO.

I really enjoy working for Path Medical. The management team has been excellent and HR is always very helpful. The company truly cares about its employees and it shows! I worked here throughout Covid and they took it very seriously, there process was very efficient in keeping employees and patients safe. Love how the teams work together and help each other when needed.
