Management is wholly unprofessional. Supervisors are often rude to clients and create dependence of clients on management. If your supervisor likes you you'll be able to get away with anything but if you're not "preferred staff" be ready to defend every choice you make (including buying generic brand groceries that were on sale instead of more expensive items or calling an ambulance when your client is ill and you are single staffed). Complaints to management are often overlooked and supervisors love to gossip. I would not recommend working at pathways.

They are rude they don't help they don't like if u ask questions they disrespect u and expect u to be ok with it. They have pop up meetings when it's almost time to go home.
