      Respectfully, truthfully, none at all.

      Cons

      They are entirely unprofessional, and have made zero effort to improve internal politics/culture. Don’t waste your time, don’t work here.

      Pros

      I get to see fully naked salaries of everyone who is in Silicon Valley. We personally use to poach candidates whom we think are far below market & pay them marginally better -- makes my hiring easy

      Cons

      Undoing Silicon Valley shot at wealth creation, which was because people were awarded generous equity for the risk/courage they took. This tool instead of helping people, helps companies to be stingy & rather promotes it showcasing this is the bare minimum you should be giving out, if you feel awful about it, look there are 9 other companies doing so. Obnoxious.
