The favoritism is sickening here!!

Pros

Good pay ( if you are in the favorite list), great benefits but that is it!

Cons

Favoritism is huge here. If you are liked you will get a raise and a big bonus but if you are not don't plan on it. Many employees have no work ethic, they come and go as they please, hardly work, steal from the company and get away with it. There is no direction from upper management. No accountability, definitely no growth within, unless you are a male. If you do the right thing you might just be at risk.

Bad leadership

Pros

Job Security for people who underperforms Great coworkers if you like to work with adults stuck in high school Get to work remotely and pretend to work Will provide training by people who dont train Great work/life balance if work is your life. Room for growth for white men only Company pays well ONLY for Field operators, executives and senior managers Friend or a family need a job? this company will do everything to get them hired Company pays bonus

Cons

Leaders and managers of this company is toxic Company likes to talk about the ESOP as an excuse to pay low wages. Family/friends get first pick to get hired for a position. Toxic managers bring in their own people. Old employees bring their children. Minorities are seen as work horses and nothing more. Company would rather spend money buying failing businesses rather than investing their money into employee salaries A lot of politics. If you speak up about the politics they fire you Everyone has a “not my job, not my problem”’attitude. Executives blindly support really bad managers. Every employee gets fired when speaking up about bad managers Cliquey environment Many departments still work remotely and never came back after COVID. Employees even moved out of state and somehow they still have a job at this company. Hybrid workers complain endlessly about having to come into the office. Double standards and so many hypocrites. Managers have rules but the rules dont apply to themselves. No room for growth unless your a white man. Lucky if you get an annual raise. Company has grown and they keep adding more bodies to help. But the company does not have processes in place. Management doesnt fix or correct anything.

Pros

Dedicated employees (non-management), Employee Stock Ownership Program, great 401k (10% contributed), good annual bonus (although it's not clear how you actually earn or and how much you will get).

Cons

They've somehow managed to bring together the biggest group of toxic managers who work their people in to the ground with no consideration for their capacity, mental health and monetary worth. Management is fully aware of managers who have been found to be harassing their employees, forcing them to participate in unethical activities or threatening their jobs. HR Director is literal nightmare. She brags about the statistic that they hired 115 people in 2023 and lost 105 also in 2023 using the guise that most of those people just "didn't fit their culture". The turn over rate is extremely high. Most people come on and realize quickly that place is a dumpster fire before they get too involved and get out of there. The nepotism runs strong through that company. If you're not a relative or close family friend, you will not be treated the same. Those people are allowed to be incompetent. There's a huge lack of training and then when you don't perform to their standard, you're made out to be the bad employee. Forget that they didn't even properly train you to do the job. Everything is always a rush there because there is a lack of preparation ahead of time. Everything is high priority. It's a "drop everything, do this now" and it puts people in a state of disarray and when they're frazzled, they're let go. They've got the money in the budget to buy all the managers new company trucks including a replacement truck for 1 manager that totaled his brand new truck, but not the budget to compensate their employees appropriately. They have a "Value Statement" they preach but is absolutely not followed.
