      No pros at all in this company

      Cons

      1.You have to work overtime. 2.Whether you working for 1brand or 2 brand your package is very low. 3.Your manager or supervisor will never appreciate your work or rather bully you that your feedback is in my hands and I will replace you anytime. 4. Don’t try to raise your voice against your supervisor nobody will listen to you. 5. Always give the positive feedback if you want to work in this company.

      Politics, poor quality of work

      Pros

      Good brands to work with WFH facility (though it becomes biggest issue in certain business head case ) Pros for bootlickers

      Cons

      Strong political personalities working from home calling themselves co-founder/ business head but without talent to run even a tea stall (never answering employee calls, just focused on keeping founder happy) - Such people would never leave this company as no one else would keep them Poor quality of work, mostly copy-paste; No career/ growth path (neither company/ nor employees)

      Average Company to work for

      WFH No Attendance / Biometric There are some really good people in the team Got some big clients Growing at a good pace Good place to work for for local people Good for bootlickers

      Cons

      Soft Cunning CTO Poor management Worst HR Not for freshers, no proper training / KT Putting people in random non performing projects CEO don't care for its employees Felt demoralised in scrum meetings...its not meant for that I was a bright student from a prestigious institute..got placed in paxcom...was a mistake should have declined the offer ...finally decided not to remain in the industry.
