Pros

- They promote within - Work 7 hours instead of 8 (Will probably change soon) - Good benefits

Cons

Where to begin.. PayCargo went from being a decent job to the dumpster fire that it is right now all within 10 months. We had a great executive leader from Spain change things for the better, but unfortunately, constantly clashed with upper management on the direction of the company. He quit and since then his replacement has since been subpar. He does not know how to lead, destroyed the culture the previous executive created, makes you sign policies only to disregard or go back on them, disliked, and took 4-5 weeks of vacation within less than 3 months of his promotion. (Upper Management): The upper management DOES NOT LISTEN to their customers or employees at all. They pretend to "listen" to problems on the job, to only disregard you and tell you why you are wrong. (Pay): The pay is trash, fortunately I made commission every quarter I was there so I was at least able to get something out of it, however, most people are not so fortunate. There was also accusations by two other salesmen claiming they did not receive the full commission owed to them back in January. They were also misleading about the confusing commission structure. They went from offering (Make 2X-3X your base salary in commissions) to the current (one month salary in commission per quarter). So if you hit 100% quota, instead of making the promised 100k (50k base + C), you would instead make 66k (And that’s if you are lucky enough to get commission LOL). When I joined the team I was told by a few co-workers the entire inside sales team spent 3 prior quarters without any commission before I joined! And right before I stopped working there, things were looking even more dire as it didn’t seem like most people would be earning commission again for Q2. The base pay is already bad enough. If most of the sales team isn't earning commission, its not the sales team’s fault, ITS THE JOB! (Culture): Don't fall for their BS "Best places to work from Sun Sentinel" title, because its not true for the inside sales team. Its also known that many businesses PAY to have these titles granted too (Google it). The culture is as fake as that title, and whenever you hear a company say we are "family" it is known to be a toxic environment (they love using that term). One example of their culture “Yeah we’re taking away your Christmas bonus for 2024, but we are increasing your metrics by double!” All in the same week, and yet they wonder why people are lacking in motivation… There is so much more negative things I can say about working for PayCargo, I could probably write an entire essay on it, and not just what I experienced but what others have experienced too. Most of my former co-workers have also expressed some and if not all of these frustrations I have listed as well. I've never had to make a negative review for an employer, including part time, internships, and full time jobs i've had up until now. PS to HR; should have paid me the last 2 weeks like any other company would have and maybe this post wouldn't be here.

Pros

-you have a paycheck and that's about it

Cons

-I have never been at a company with as much politics as there is at PayCargo. -The level of favoritism for the most undeserving performers is actually laughable. -If you want to succeed here just be a yes man and that's it

Pros

- you have a job at least

Cons

Expectations are completely inconsistent, especially with in-office requirements. Some employees are forced to commute long distances—such as from West Palm Beach to Coral Gables—five days a week, while others are allowed to work remotely with little to no oversight. There is no clear or fair reasoning behind this, and it feels arbitrary. Management is heavily focused on control. In-office employees are closely monitored, while remote work appears far less structured. This imbalance highlights a lack of trust and consistency. Concerns are raised, but nothing changes, which makes it hard to believe feedback is taken seriously. The pay does not match the workload. Employees are expected to perform at a high level with minimal support, making the role difficult to maintain long term. There is no clear path for growth. Promotions and role changes do not lead to meaningful development, and advancement feels inconsistent at Overall, the culture feels transactional and driven by internal dynamics rather than performance. Employees are expected to deliver without a clear sense of stability or long-term support. Commitments around equity or share-based incentives lack transparency and consistency, which makes it difficult to trust what is being offered.
