      Pros

      Care about their employees and give freedom with responsibilities. The people at Peab are friendly and the atmosphere at the office is great.

      Cons

      Big company but with a medium sized companies mentality. Management could be more proactive. Bad at conveying status on new jobs

      Pros

      Nice benefits. I get to meet a lot of people coming to visit for meetings etc. The company cares about it's employers.

      Cons

      The salary could be a bit higher. There are sometimes conflicts between subcontractors and the commissioner of the building project.

      Jobbade med skötsel av utemiljöer (ogräsrensning och vattning). Trevliga kollegor och lagom svåra arbetsuppgifter. Möjlighet att styra upplägget själv.

      Cons

      Jobbet kan kännas något enformigt, men det är inget större problem för ett sommarjobb.
