      "Working at this company has several drawbacks. Firstly, the minimum wage is offered, which can be a significant financial burden. Secondly, the management is terrible, and they can make your work experience unbearable. They may even harass you, forcing you to reveal personal information and name-calling you if you refuse. Furthermore, they are known for their unfairness, and they may even create lies to discredit you. Lastly, if you express your opinions openly, they may not appreciate it, and you may not be able to build a good relationship with your colleagues unless you always agree with them."

      - The entire company are incredibly supportive, with most of the employees interested in seeing the company prosper. - They have quite a widespread reach in media advertising and maintain a lot of the systems that make life easier for advertisers, creative agencies and saleshouses. - With so many projects they use a wide range of software and technologies, giving you the opportunity to move across to a project that feels like something you would find exciting to work on.

      Cons

      - As such a small company, they do not offer as many employee benefits as some other companies. - There is a high employee turnover as people tend to use it as a stepping stone.
