A Toxic Work Culture and Leadership Failures Define This Company

Pros

For individuals looking for a brief opportunity to gain experience in an agency-like environment, it may serve as a stepping stone. However, these benefits are minimal compared to the significant challenges within the organization.

Cons

This company is fraught with issues that create a difficult and unstable workplace. A lack of diversity is evident, with layoffs disproportionately affecting diverse employees. Leadership appears unqualified, reactive, and unable to strategize effectively. Decisions are made without transparency, often dictated by leadership’s mood or a desire to showcase superficial progress to investors. Fear tactics, constant layoffs, and the absence of clear goals or accountability contribute to a pervasive sense of instability. The company lacks any meaningful connection to true tech innovation. There are no robust products being developed, and leadership’s focus remains on optics rather than substance. Compensation is subpar compared to industry standards, and there is little to no opportunity for career advancement, professional growth, or meaningful pay increases. Promises made during the hiring process, such as stock options or annual bonuses, are often misleading. The overall environment fosters overwork, underappreciation, and burnout.

STAY AWAY - TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT

Pros

Salaries and benefits were actually great. Thats the only pro here.

Cons

- Executive leaders do not know how to run the company. They are bullies and have created one of the most toxic work environments I've ever seen - They have no boundaries when it comes to contacting employees outside of work hours, on days off, and so on - Spend more time trying to grow revenue than build a product that actually works for creators and clients - If an employee says something to try and improve the platform after clients are unhappy - they're fired. They only care about the money hitting the bank. - Craziest turn over rates ever, most people barely last a year maximum. - Employees are managed through fear tactics and lies.

Pros

-Decent salaries sometimes -The idea is nice, the overall concept is great! The execution not so much -Younger people are seen as equals to older more seasoned employees -Good snacks most of the time -SOME of the people are great -They give you a Macbook, that's nice

Cons

-The most toxic work environment ever -Feels like high school because its led by children -They are bullies -Anyone who speaks the truth gets fired -MOST people actually get fired anyway, I've never seen anything like this -They lead with fear like a dictatorship -Poor treatment of employees of color and employees with disabilities -The workload is absurd, the employees are exhausted, and any mistake could be your last
