      I'm sorry that your time here didn't work out as expected. We did say change would be the drumbeat for 2025 and it has been - unfortunately, that impacted a lot of people. I hope you do know that we have a team working on the career pathing and we have had an extraordinary amount of people take new jobs this year - the potential here is unlimited. In our upcoming WOW allhands meeting, we will announce further addtions to the worldwide benefit programs. We still have more to go but we are working on making our benefits for everyone the best they can be.

We have had a lot of change in leadership for all sorts of reasons and in coming months, this should slow along with the level of change we have brought to Velocity Global recently. Hang with us for a few month months of transition and things will stabilze.
