Pros

Company bonding events can sometimes be fun. Some of the people who work there are also very smart.

Cons

Every few months there is a new team, they use and recycle people like crazy. There is no career growth or work/life balance -- this has caused many to leave the company. The company itself is a bit lost, and the product itself is lackluster. Also, pay is very low.

Pros

I had really supportive coworkers who helped get through the long hours and terrible management.

Cons

The worst management I have ever seen, CEO is unprofessional and abusive, and long hours (I'm talking not sleeping and working through the night long hours). While I was still there, if we got a bad review on Glassdoor they had us write a positive review (if you are wondering why there are so many positive reviews it is actually management writing them or them telling people to write another positive to counteract the bad review). Makes me sad as I believed in what we were doing and they had great employees who worked extremely hard to just be treated terribly. The turnover in the last 4 months is astronomically high as people are becoming fed up with how poorly they're being treated and seeing through management's lies. The pay is terrible and they even told the employees if they asked for a raise they would be fired. Lastly, management told contracted employees that had asked for their overtime that they would be treated like salaried employees and would not be paid overtime which is just illegal. I could go on with more issues that happened during my time there but I am pretty sure you'll get the gist of how things actually are at Peek from this message.

Abhorrent management

Pros

My fellow coworkers were (for the most part) very bright and hard working. It pushed me to constantly work better. At times it felt like we were helping people and I was excited to be a part of something I believed in.

Cons

Management did not take into concerns any of the cries for help lamented by employees. Pay was extremely low and hours exceeded 70 a week. CEO was demeaning to employees in public and other executives made inappropriate comments that were not reprimanded. I constantly felt demoralized and frustrated by the total lack of ethics at the company.
