      Pros

      The company is completely remote, which adds a great flexibility for the employees. Also, it has a great culture, and the employees and managers are very friendly. The working hours are flexible, and we get to meet a couple of times a year. And they respect the vacations, holidays, and the number of working hours/week, so they don't ask for any extra unpaid working time.

      Cons

      The company is doing great work for many big publishers, which sometimes could lead to a bit of stress due to the huge load of work. So it might not be a good fit if you're looking for a regular corporate job.

      Pros

      They care! From day one, they guided me, helped me, and listened to me. As a backend developer, I learned a lot from the team and no matter how much experience they have, they'll listen to your ideas and opinions. I once had a personal issue that made me ask for some time off during a heavy release which they granted me easily. Also, some team members, the HR, the VP, and the CEO contacted me just to make sure I'm doing okay. Everything about Pelcro made me love and care about it.

      Cons

      Some may say that working overtime is not efficient, but the working hours are flexible and they won't force it upon you. They never forced it. They'll appreciate it and thank you for it.
