      Pros

      -Superb team morale. - Clear understanding of targets. - Generous commission package. - Honest and clear communication from leadership. - Modern IT equipment for all. - Encouraged to make suggestions. - Support provided to help grow accounts and be successful. - Rapidly growing company and everyone is taking part. - Great working environment and flexibility to office environments. - Outstanding people in all departments out of sales also to support a great place to work.

      - Growth opportunities - Extremely competitive packages - Great team of people - Approachable leadership/management teams - Access to some amazing tools to assist you with your everyday tasks

      Cons

      Within my 4 months of employment I haven't come across any cons of working for Pendulum IT Ltd.

      Pros

      - Attentive and understanding leadership. - Modern tools and systems used through out business making things easier. - Unique package and offering, cloud focused so in line with the time but still able to provide hardware, software and managed services (Don't feel limited) - Great team to work with. - Your voice + opinion matters. - Leadership encourage growth.
