Pros
Pendulum does not build planes or anything critical.
Cons
Don't care about people... Layoffs happen randomly. AI company that sacks software engineers and hires more and more "advisors", and all while clients keep quiting. Culture of avoiding real discussion and conflict, where feedback is not appreciated at all! Not sure if leadership is not aware of the situation or just not capable of understanding the product and the market. All in all, overvaluated company that lost track with market, technology and competition. Sinking ship!
