Working at Penguin is an amazing experience. The team is young, hungry, and growing fast. Everyone cares about the clients, and the final product, above everything. The crew is always busy, hard working, and supportive. You'll never be left to feel abandoned, or without a lifeline!

Cons

If you aren't careful, you'll spend all your time working, as a growing company, there is always *something* that needs to be done. Everyone works very hard, and picks up where it's needed.
