      Pros

      Free books and good benefits

      Cons

Quite a toxic environment within my team and regularly would hear berating across the office by other managers to team members. Also real lack of diversity. I was on a team of 10 - all white upper middle class and the majority went to private school, except myself. Just had an overall air of snobbery unfortunately, plus everyone looked really unhappy most of the time.

      Pros

Free books but they don’t compensate for the low salary and lack of promotional prospects unless you’re white, public school educated and Oxbridge. Some genuinely nice colleagues.

      Cons

Until Weldon & co are gone, nothing will change. You’ve got to be white, skinny, Oxbridge and machiavellian to progress. Don’t be fooled by their diversity PR line. Don’t fool yourself that they’ll see your true potential, regardless of their hitherto white privilege bias. They’re brutal in taking you down when you show your potential but are ‘not one of us’. Pure machiavellian!
