'Best Place to Work' perhaps in the USA but non in Europe!

Pros

Flexible working, self managed doing great work for customers. It gets very busy and is a nice place to learn. Support information is readily available.

Cons

Ultimate Software has won awards as the best 'Best Place to Work' perhaps in the USA but non in Europe! A very disappointing HR department ( HR, based in France) the overall company benefits are non existent compared to the way Ultimate Software pride themselves for benefits in the US. Promises made, but never delivered even after 1 year.
