Remote work, big company, friendly local colleagues.
Cons
Low salary, Poland always priority, no way to grow if you are not from Poland. Toxic managament. Chaos, no clear processes, noone knows anything. New recruits are friends of managers, not given possibility to grow from inside. They are not listening to feedback.
