      The industry is very interesting and the company adapts quickly to it. My team is genuinely the most supportive talented people I know.

      Cons

      The macroenvironment isn't the best at the moment so there's some voltality outside of anyone's control.

      Company culture is excellent, not too big, people are friendly and they do a good job of looking after staff.

      Nothing major that I can think of they really do treat staff well.
