Dear Friend, Your feedback on "Advice to Management" brought a smile. I have been told this many times earlier. 98% of the time in the world, the work has been all about GO GO GO, achieving your dreams, and earning profit at the end lose yourself. I am against this approach cuz "Work is Part of Life, not life itself." Pepper Square's culture revolves around many of these philosophies of wellness. That is why people like you are able to speak your heart and also live your life and do well in your professional career. I would rather say that we all should come together as one group and learn to live life in totality. This requires constant learning and removing the bias that comes from our past knowledge. Even anyone who can achieve this by 25% will surely see a remarkable change in their life. It's important for all of us at Pepper Square to climb the same mountain so that we reach the peak and enjoy the journey together. Thank you for your wonderful thoughts and it made me feel good that we are going in the right direction. Live Life Muki

Dear Friend, Thank you for your feedback and all the help you have done. I agree that we should introduce variable pay. That is one of the best way to take Pepper Square forward.

Pros

Work quality is excellent @ Pepper Square whether it's a website/mobile app or any graphic related work. They know how to optimise the available resources. They know how to get the BEST out of you. They understand the strength & weakness of every individual with respect to work & helps them to constantly work on weakness so as to convert it into an area of strength. The best part of working @ Pepper Square is that it will be never be monotonous. You will be challenged enough which means you have to upgrade your skill level constantly. You will be exposed to different types of work. They won't restrict you to any specific task. That's why, you'll learn more and more. They will give you great opportunities with respect to work but as an employee, it's our responsibility to make the most of it. They also provide well maintained working resources (laptop & other needed accessories). It's a very organised setup in every department whether it's HR/IT/Development/Design/Finance. You will get timely help with respect to HR/IT whenever needed which many companies lack. It was my pleasure working for Pepper Square.

Cons

There are no specific cons as such.

Dear Friend, Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. Your feedback adds immense satisfaction to the work we do. I started Pepper Square after losing my job in the US on 9/11. Hardly few companies focused on employees in early 2000, rather it was all about clients and customers. The culture you have been part of is wellness driven and that's why our foundation is solid. It is not just profit-driven. People are our only asset, when companies start taking care of their employees then everyone flourishes. Muki
