      - Extremely hands-on to work on a product that is centered around empowering restaurants - Work is not permitted to Titles, it is infact proportional to the curiosity one has and interest in the projects one wants to own. - Remote friendly environment with productivity tools ensuring dependency and accountability. - Socially conscious company culture that actively encourages free-thinking and is inclusive in all of its policies

      Cons

      - It's an early stage startup, so traditional "JD based roles/responsibilities" thinking wouldn't be a fit.
