Pros
The majority of the team were welcoming, friendly, and great to work with. The office is in a nice location. The product itself is good.
Cons
Poor management overshadowed the overall experience. Lack of guidance or support; management was overly controlling and dismissive. Decisions were criticised regardless of merit, with a self-serving rather than collaborative approach. Neurodiversity and different working styles were not acknowledged or accommodated, despite raising concerns. Office environment felt tense around certain senior managers. Small office space; at times, not enough seats for everyone. Unprofessional treatment of other team members was observed. Many long-standing issues reported in past reviews remain unaddressed.
