      The culture is great. They care about everyone but they don't enable people. A culture of accountability. If you have passion about doing well in your career, this is the place for you.

      The cool people who work there, plenty of vacation time and the pay isn't too bad either.

      Being on call sucks but it's just how the industry is I guess.
