      Medium to low MD performance

      Pros

      Good reputation, good brand name, good product

      Cons

      Bad management, at least in the UK. MD without empathy, instead rather vengeful management with little vision and no good treat for their people. Low talent retention, engineers change roles, positions and finally employer quite often. Recently, the management changed and hopefully this will change the company's approach for their people.

      No loyalty to long term workers.

      Pros

      10 years ago it was a family company that seemed to take care of employees

      Cons

      4 CEO's in 5 years, poor management. Hired many new VP's and fired all the hard workers. Hire many international employees so they can pay them less than US citizens. Forced everyone to take PTO so when they fired you, they didnt have to pay you for your vacation time.

      Don't Do It - Even If It's a First Job

      Pros

      They send you to Germany for two weeks where they make you take a test.

      Cons

      Overworked Underappreciated No Vacation Time No Sick Days (!?) Basically as a Design Engineer you're worked to the bone and are never praised for your work (unless you earn the oh so coveted Employee of the Month).

We pride ourselves and creating a culture that focuses on our employees and work/life balance. We will look into your comments and see if there are areas that we can improve on. As for sick pay we offer all employees sick days in addition to paid time off and holidays. I am sorry that you were not made aware of these benefits. I will make sure that I speak with my team to ensure that we make provide additional educational sessions on our benefits. Thank you again for your feedback.
