      Pros

      First - I agree with the positive reviews on this website. I do not recognise or agree with the negative reviews. I'm aware of a disgruntled former employee who has left multiple negative reviews. Onto the Pros: Friendly management team who are very supportive and give loads of responsibility and welcome ideas and contributions from employees. Fast-paced high performance culture. A great opportunity to learn and develop, you get far greater responsibility and variety at Perkier than in most Companies. Ambitious leadership with great experience and growth ambition for the company. Exposure to and can contribute to different business functions.

      Cons

      Small team so may not appeal to all. High performance culture isn't for everyone.

      Not a nice working environment at all!

      Pros

      Wide role with access to many different projects Gave me good insight into my future roles and what I don't want

      Cons

      Owned by a couple who are always on each others side. There is no HR to back you up or no one on your side. Expectation to work long hours and use your own car for long distance business journeys without any sort of support. Directors are controlling and find it hard to allow employees to make any decisions, even small ones. Secretive with upcoming business projects as if they don't trust their employees Not a great area to work -not a lot around or to buy for lunch Lack of acknowledgment for your work Promises of the business growing in employees but it didn't seem to happen.

      - Have learnt what kind of company I don’t want to work for in the future.

      Cons

      - Felt personally victimised by poor, unprofessional management. - There is no HR. - Unrealistic expectations for poor salary. - Unpaid overtime expected everyday. - Promises made that we’re undelivered. - Would not advise anyone if looking for their first job, Intern role or graduate job.
