      Pros

      It pays a wage....just. Almost minimum.

      Cons

      Too many who kiss bottoms. Reduce the wages because supposed operaters are no better than cabbage packers. Management don't listen. You only get a full time job if you are a yes person.

      Pros

      - very good salary, pension, benefits, cashback program, etc... - very plastic and pliable upper management and executive boards - can text and chat to colleagues with emojii and memes during work - flexible hours and allowed to nap at desks - access to microsoft 365 to discuss - good meeting rooms when available

      Cons

      - not enough meeting rooms to discuss with colleagues - activities prioritized by upper management are not logical, motivating and/or engaging (but the salary if good)

      Work load is low and the rates are high. Balanced work - life company. Older people working here are very experienced.

      Cons

      Slow company. No support for the new starters. Big differences between contractors and permanents . No one takes responsability Management non existent for contractors.
