Very nice Company. It appears they are very generous to their employees. Benifits are good.

Cons

Dont let the warm and inviting interview fool you. It's a Jeckel and Hide atmosphere with management. You never know who will show up that day. You may get encouragement and support or screamed at and bullied. Absolutely no training or mentoring. Very hostile atmosphere. Fellow workers are very nice and helpful. Just wish I could say the same about management.

Interesting work and some high quality employees. Good benefits and nice employee gifts.

Cons

Nepotism and cronyism at its finest. Zero training, high stress, horribly pompous and unprofessional management. Senior management had one of the worst human being I have ever encountered, and to everyone not much to me(seriously)!
