      Poor salaries no training

      Good location, handy for parking.

      Cons

      Job was trainee paraplanner, all I did was admin work. Very low salary. No training or regular 121s to help me progress. Feared making errors as the MD was not supportive. Eventually left for a proper trainer paraplanner role elsewhere.

      - growing rapidly, ambitious - some excellent staff in central teams - fair rates of pay - CEO has a clear vision

      - no focus on diversity - reporting lines are opaque - onerous compliance, too much. - poor managers are not coached - rapid expansion causes bottlenecks in some areas - not enough support of junior staff for training or 121s -career progression low
