      Pros

      The company has a good culture with supportive and helpful colleagues. Teams are collaborative. Management is approachable and listens to employee concerns. The hybrid setup with two days of work from home offers good flexibility and work–life balance. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      While base salaries are competitive and in line with (or above) industry standards, bonuses tend to be lower compared to what is typically offered in the market. This may be a consideration for those who place a strong emphasis on variable compensation.
