Pros

Absolutely no pros with this company

Cons

Extremely stressful they micromanage on 1000. The system never works a 100% but agents get blamed for it saying they’re stealing time. Management never admits their wrongs. Also the pay is terrible for all that you have to put up with. Oh and don’t try to go to the bathroom outside of breaks or lunches, they’ll swear your lying and trying to steal time. They create 3 new systems to monitor agent but have the same phone system from over 30 years ago that barely works most days! They have constant updates but agents aren’t notified. We have no way to communicate with management if we become locked out which happens alot . It’s too much for any human to deal with.
