Underpaid and under appreciated

Pros

(most) People are nice. Previous roles (before the company was bought out) e.g running, was a very fun environment and felt more appreciated/respected as a member of staff.

Cons

Staff are paid below living wage for unsociable hours that change frequently, so the work-life balance is terrible. There is little opportunity to move up within the company. Staff safety is not considered when leaving unsociable hour shifts, despite many incidents reported to management.

Incredibly supportive team. Excellent job to have to learn about the foundation of the post-production world.

Cons

Pay doesn't relect intrest rate and is almost impossible to live on.

The management is terrible and have very odd priorities on a day to day. They would be very naive and unaware of the day to days in the office and then decide to be interested randomly and criticise staff. Very little involvement in what they’re employees were doing and working on and very little knowledge of clients. With the high ups there was very little human interaction and they prioritised the business side of things which gave staff no motivation and very little moral.
