      - interesting deals (if you're in web3) - relatively intense but not too much - great industry exposure

      Cons

      - london office is still quite small in terms of team so expect to be working with teams based in munich, ny, china, india

      - Fast-paced and highly rewarding work environment - Ambitious, bias-to-action, and highly supportive colleagues - High degree of ownership and ability to drive own topics; both on the investment front and in building up new initiatives in the company (highly encouraged across all levels of leadership) - High level of variety in tasks and steep (but rewarding) learning curve - One of the very few opportunities in the German VC industry to work in a global team, with global founders, and on global topics. - Leadership does a great job at mentoring and enablement for own personal and career growth

      - Don't expect a "regular" job here; VC is a fast-moving industry and daily plans can change quickly and require high resilience and focus - High ownership and encouragement to drive initiatives + the nature of VC can blur work-life boundaries
