      Pros

      I can honestly say that Picus is one of the best places I have worked. The people are exceptional, technology is incredible and the Leadership are forward thinking and have a clear plan of where the company is going. It is a scale up so has the usual challenges that come with that, but the whole team work together and the company is proactive in its approach. Keep an eye on this company, it is doing great things.

      Pros

      Highly supportive, unafraid to invest in lead gen, channel, processes, the right people to accelerate their maturity. Great board, CEO listens. Team in Turkey couldn't be more helpful. Offering is the right solution, at the right time. Exciting time to be onboard. Strong career growth potential. I've been at small companies which treat you as a number, this isn't one of them.

      Cons

      Typical start up challenges, fly by the seat of your pants a bit. Businesses needs more structure, which they are addressing. Tend to jettison underperformers, rather than coach them, the nature of a fast moving start up I guess.

      Pros

      Picus is a very fast-growing international company where you can also grow along with it in your career. The executives of the company are so caring and supportive and the company culture is built upon that. Co-workers are so nice. If feeling at home when you are working would motivate you, Picus is the right place!
