      - In 2024 they still tried to push the office working being important narrative - Broken promises. Senior management will look you in the face and shake your hand only to go against your word when you walk out the door.

      The CEO - the way he speaks to people is terrible. *Demand for you to be in the office, no remote or flexible working. If you need to work from home, they make you feel guilty for doing so *No trust *Terrible pay *Terrible platform, so behind the curve *They don't value you

      The owners of the company really want to take over your life, they expect your to live to work, rather than work to live. When you do put the extra work in your efforts aren't rewarded or appreciated.
